Every company needs to File E-form DPT-3 who fulfils the following condition : 1. Whether company is having loan in books as on 31st March 2. whether company is having any advance from customer in books as on 31st March 3. whether company is having any deposits in books as on 31st March 4. Any loan received from any person if standing in books as on 31st March company needs to file DPT-3 before due date 30th june.
